November. 12th, 2011~

Laughed when I saw this on TV. Rip off of a snuggy that has zippers by your bum and in the front so when you gotta go, you can! WEEEEOOOO.

FINALLY got to visit the Statue of Liberty! Super cool and soooo much better to see in person! I would definitely love to go back and visit once more. Also got to go to an outlet mall and do some shopping ✓

October.14th,2011

Got to walk on the Brooklyn Bridge! Found out it was made in 1875 :o Looked around PIER 17 and didn’t buy anything, but got a massive downpour of rain, so that was cool. Also quite a few Americans think Canadian pronounce “about” “aboot”. Where did they get that? To be clear, it isn’t always snowing either and we are not all that foreign.. ✌

I honestly can’t imagine how big the WTC (World Trade Center) must have been since all the buildings here in NY are HUGE! It was cool to go to the memorial site though and see all the names and everything. I would recommend to go, BUT, buy your tickets online early the morning of you want to go! ✈

October.13th,2011 ~ Carlo’s Bakery!
Finally got to see where they shoot Cake Boss! The place is smaller than I expected and quite busy. It is definitely worth is to buy the pastries, soooo good :3 I would definitely go back to buy more.

Japan♥ ~ November. 30th, 2010 - December. 4th, 2010

FOOD :

1.  Sushi tastes 1000x better in Japan compared to North American sushi.

2.  A grape covered in hardened grape flavoured sugar.

3.  A sweet custard dessert drizzled in molasses, très bon!

4.  A very popular pancake treat that was chocolate filled. It came with many other flavours like strawberry, hazel, etc..

5.  Egg, fish, bean sprouts, cabbage, beef, and other foods we got to mix and place on a table to make a patty sort of thing.

6.  Coke to go in a tin can with a twist top (clever). It some how managed to stay cold for a few hours and tasted a little better than usual.
